I am so excited and thrilled to be sharing this first post with you from Rising Light Yoga!
Whether you are a regular yogi or a beginner to the yoga world, take a moment to feel empowered by your decision to dedicate time to your Self and your yoga practice. Setting aside time for ourselves is sometimes hard to do with all the demands of a busy life… Just knowing that you have 5 min, 10 min, or a 90 min class to delve into to ignite your inner flame is incredible! I just had a smile pop onto my face with the thought of how incredible it feels to devote that time to myself and how my body feels after a yoga class or meditation.
I hope I get the chance to share some time with you on the mat… No matter where you practice, if you just start with 5 min a day of yoga – I guarantee that you will feel a beautiful balance permeate your body and send you on your symphony of life!
It’s simple. Find Your Light. Do Yoga.
